Can customers buy Totalix directly from Upstream Works?
Totalix is sold through Upstream Works partners. Organizations can request a demo or join the waitlist at upstreamworks.com or through an Upstream Works partner.
Is Totalix listed on AWS Marketplace or Cisco SolutionsPlus?
Not yet. Existing Upstream Works products are offered there, and the company is working to add Totalix to both soon. It also aims to make Totalix available in CRM app stores. Future listings reflect current plans and may change.
What does “live in about a minute” cover?
A new Totalix SaaS tenant on the Upstream Works cloud is live in about a minute, with no engineering work. Dedicated Hosted, Partner Hosted and On-Premise deployments follow a timeline set at onboarding. To see it end to end, request a demo or ask the media team for a briefing.
When can organizations use Totalix?
Early adopters from November 2026; general availability on December 1, 2026 for Totalix Complete, Totalix for Cisco, Totalix Embedded and Totalix Mobile. Totalix for Amazon Connect and the On-Premise deployment follow in January 2027.
What happens to existing Upstream Works customers?
Current products remain fully supported under existing agreements, and customers can move to Totalix when they are ready. Advanced Analytics and Reporting is now UW Insights, UW Assist is now UW Knowledge & Assist, and AgentNow keeps its name.
How is Totalix pronounced, and where does the name come from?
toh-TAL-ix, with the stress on the middle syllable. It comes from the Latin for “the whole.”
