Totalix™ · Built around you

The YOUR program. Help shape what comes next.

Every customer on a three-year agreement can put forward one feature request a year. Within the YOUR program’s scope, we commit it to our roadmap and build it, for free. It’s that simple.

What is the Totalix YOUR program?

The YOUR program lets Totalix customers shape what Totalix does next. Every customer on a three-year agreement can put forward one feature request a year. Within the program’s scope, Upstream Works commits it to the Totalix roadmap and builds it, for free.

  • 1feature request a year
  • 3year agreement
  • Freeto have it built, within the program’s scope

For customers on a three-year agreement. One feature request per contract year. Requests are subject to the program’s scope, including feature-size limits, and the program terms in your agreement.

A roadmap you can see. A say in what gets built.

In most contact-center platforms, asking for something new means a request into a faceless roadmap you can’t see, and no say in whether it is ever actually built. Customers who commit to us deserve better than that.

The usual way

  • Requests disappear into an ideas portal or a service ticket
  • No visibility of whether — or when — anything gets built
  • Anything specific to you becomes a paid change request

With the YOUR program

  • One feature request for every year of your agreement
  • Within the program’s scope, committed to our roadmap
  • Built by Upstream Works into Totalix, for free

How it works.

  1. 01

    Put it forward

Once in each year of your agreement, put forward the capability you want next.

  2. 02

    Check the scope

We review the request against the YOUR program’s scope, including its feature-size limits.

  3. 03

    Commit it

Within scope, we commit it to the Totalix roadmap.

  4. 04

    Build it

We build it into Totalix, for free.

Part of every three-year agreement.

  • Any edition

Totalix Complete, for Cisco, for Amazon Connect, Embedded and Mobile.

  • Any deployment

SaaS, Dedicated Hosted, Partner Hosted or On-Premise — how you run it doesn’t change your place in the program.

  • Through your partner

Bought through any Upstream Works partner — the partner you already know.

Shape the edition you run: Totalix Complete · Totalix for Cisco · Totalix for Amazon Connect · Totalix Embedded · Totalix Mobile

Questions about the YOUR program.

What is the Totalix YOUR program?

The YOUR program lets Totalix customers shape what Totalix does next. Every customer on a three-year agreement can put forward one feature request a year. Within the program’s scope, Upstream Works commits it to the Totalix roadmap and builds it, for free.

Who is eligible for the YOUR program?

Customers on a three-year Totalix agreement, on any edition and any deployment model, bought through any Upstream Works partner.

How many feature requests can we make?

One for each year of your three-year agreement.

Does the YOUR program cost extra?

No. A request accepted within the program’s scope is built for free.

Are there limits on what can be requested?

Yes. Requests are reviewed against the YOUR program’s scope, which includes limits on feature size. The program terms form part of your agreement.

We are an existing Upstream Works customer. Can we join?

Yes, when you move to Totalix on a three-year agreement. Your current products stay fully supported under your existing agreements, and you move to Totalix when you are ready, at your own pace.
