Logos, brand and who to call.

Where do I get the Upstream Works logo and brand guidelines?

Download the logo in the lockup that fits your background below, follow the rules beside it, and use the colors and product names as shown. For boilerplate, interviews or images, email media@upstreamworks.com.

Everything a journalist, partner or event organizer needs to show Upstream Works correctly. One company, one visual system: three core colors, one typeface, one logo. If something you need isn't here, ask the media team.

Logo

Three lockups. Pick by background.

  • Upstream Works logo, primary lockup

    Primary

On White and light gray. Blue and Light Blue waves, Ink wordmark.

    Download SVG
  • Upstream Works

    White

On Ink, dark navy and photography (with a dark overlay).

    Download SVG
  • Upstream Works logo, black lockup

    Black

    Single-color print only.

    Download SVG

Do

  • Leave clear space equal to the height of the wave mark on every side.
  • Keep it at least 120px wide on screen.
  • Place it top-left on web pages and covers.
  • Co-brand side by side, ours on the left, divided by a thin rule, at equal visual weight.

Don't

  • Recolor it, including in Blue, Green or Aqua.
  • Stretch, rotate, outline or redraw it.
  • Add a strapline, year or product name to the lockup.
  • Set it on a tile, a gradient, or a photo without a dark overlay.

25 years of CX experience

The heritage badge sits with the logo on company material (footer, About, boilerplate, partner and customer collateral) as a secondary mark that never competes with it. Ink on light, White on dark, the numeral in Brand Blue.

Color

Sixteen colors. Three do most of the work.

Light backgrounds carry the content; Ink frames the moments that matter. Blue is the only color that means "click". Use one accent per surface, and Spark for at most one thing on a page.

  • Ink#002060Headlines, body text, dark frames
  • Brand Blue#0777BELinks, buttons, anything you can click
  • Signal Green#6CC49AOutcomes, success, the Totalix platform

Accents

  • Light Blue#7CAADB
  • Aqua#33CCFF
  • Lime#92D050
  • Spark#E2007A

Neutrals

  • ink-900#1A2340
  • ink-800#22304D
  • ink-700#34466B
  • slate-500#5B6B85
  • slate-300#9AA9BF
  • slate-200#C9D3E0
  • Mist#D6E9F8
  • grey-100#F7F8F8

Green and Aqua are fills, never text on light backgrounds. Retired colors (the old #81B52C green, #E3E3E3 gray and near-miss blues) shouldn't appear in anything new.

Typography

Open Sans, everywhere.

Three weights only. Sentence case for titles; capitals only for eyebrows and the heritage badge. US spelling on the website and in North American material.

Open Sans on Google Fonts (free, open license). Calibri is the fallback in Office.

  • Regular 400Body text, captions, table cells
  • SemiBold 600Titles, headings, buttons, product names
  • Bold 700Big numbers, emphasis
  • Eyebrow · tracked caps12px, +0.08em, Brand Blue

Names

Writing our product names.

Product names are words, not logos: Open Sans SemiBold, in the text color. Each product has one accent color, used for chips and edges, never for the name itself. Upstream Works is two words.

  • Totalix™The platform. ™ on first use; editions read "Totalix Complete", "Totalix for Cisco".
  • UWXPThe AI experience layer. Runs natively inside the platform or stands alone.
  • UW Knowledge & AssistOne governed knowledge platform for agents, employees and customers.
  • UW InsightsUnified real-time analytics.
  • AgentNowVideo engagement and co-browsing. Its own product, never an edition.

Imagery

Real people, real work.

Agents and customers shown as capable, in real environments and natural light.

  • No stock "AI" imagery: no robots, glowing brains or circuit-board heads.
  • No AI-generated people, ever.
  • For current Totalix screenshots, ask the media team.
  • Videos and interviews: see UW TV on YouTube.
