How do I get the Upstream Works security pack?
Fill in the request form below. Our team confirms who is asking within one business day, sends an NDA if one isn’t already in place, and then sends a secure link to the pack, valid for 30 days. The public summary of our security program is on the Trust Center.
How it works
- 01You tell us what your review needs
Your name, company and job title, the documents you are after, whether an NDA is already in place and when you need it. Two minutes.
- 02We confirm who is asking
Our team reviews every request and checks it against your company before anything is shared, and replies within one business day. Release of the pack is at Upstream Works’ discretion, so we may ask for more detail or decline a request we can’t verify. Personal email addresses can’t be verified, so please use your company address.
- 03NDA, if there isn’t one
The pack is shared under NDA. If one isn’t in place between your company and Upstream Works, we send ours for signature; if you need to use yours, say so in the form.
- 04A secure link and a named contact
Once the NDA is signed you get a secure link to the pack, valid for 30 days, and the name of the person who answers your follow-up questions.
What the pack covers
The documents behind the controls and frameworks listed on our Trust Center: certificates and audit reports, our security overview and architecture, penetration-test summaries, and help with your own questionnaire. Tick what your review needs in the form and we’ll tell you what we can share and when.
Who can request it
Security, privacy, IT and procurement teams at a customer or prospective customer, and partners reviewing on a customer’s behalf. Requests from personal email addresses can’t be verified. Questions first? Email info@upstreamworks.com, or start from the Trust Center.
