What is the Totalix waitlist?

The Totalix waitlist is the queue for the free trial that opens on 1 December 2026. Joining is free and commits you to nothing. Members get a trial tenant from that day, 45 days to use it instead of 30, a named onboarding contact, an invitation to a live preview in late November and a seat on the product feedback panel. Totalix for Amazon Connect follows in January 2027.

Questions about the waitlist

What is the Totalix waitlist?

Totalix was revealed on 14 October 2026 and can be deployed from 1 December 2026 (Totalix for Amazon Connect follows in January 2027). The waitlist is the queue for the free trial that opens that day: members get a trial tenant from that day, 45 days to use it instead of 30, a named onboarding contact, a live preview session and a seat on the feedback panel.

Who can join the Totalix waitlist?

Customers: companies that run their own contact center or customer service team and want to trial Totalix for it. You will need a company email address — personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are rejected. A work phone number is optional. Partners, resellers and consultants: please use the partner contact form or email partners@upstreamworks.com, and we will be glad to hear from you there. All waitlist applications are subject to acceptance by Upstream Works.

When does Totalix become available?

Early adopters start in November 2026; general availability is 1 December 2026, and Totalix for Amazon Connect follows in January 2027. Waitlist members get their trial tenant on the day their edition becomes available.

Does joining the Totalix waitlist commit me to anything?

No. The waitlist is free and there is nothing to buy. You can unsubscribe at any time. Places are subject to acceptance by Upstream Works.

What happens after I join the Totalix waitlist?

We email you to confirm your place, then a handful of short, useful emails between now and 1 December: a feature sneak peek, a launch-day checklist and an invitation to the live preview. Join late and you simply skip what has already gone out; everything is on the resources page.

Can I see Totalix before 1 December?

Yes. Request a demo and we will show you a live tenant on your use case. The waitlist is for your own trial tenant from 1 December; the two work well together.

Which Totalix editions can I trial?

All five Totalix editions: Totalix Complete, Totalix for Cisco, Totalix Embedded and Totalix Mobile from 1 December 2026, and Totalix for Amazon Connect follows in January 2027. Tell us which one and which deployment model you are leaning toward on the form, or leave it as "not sure yet" and your onboarding contact will help you choose.
