What does “contact center software embedded in the CRM” actually mean?

What does “contact center software embedded in the CRM” actually mean?

Embedded contact center software runs inside the CRM or business application agents already use, so the conversation and the customer record sit on one screen. The options range from a voice connector (Salesforce Voice, ServiceNow OpenFrame partners, Webex CC connectors) to a full platform inside the application. Totalix Embedded is the second kind: every channel, AI assist, knowledge and reporting inside the CRM.

When it fits

Your teams, in and beyond the contact center, work from a CRM or business application all day and you want one screen, one conversation timeline and AI assistance there.

When it doesn’t

You only need voice controls in the CRM and your platform’s connector already provides them.

How Totalix does it

Totalix Embedded is built to sit inside the system of record, not beside it. It runs inside Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zoho, HubSpot, Halo, Zendesk, Pega, Epic, SAP, Jack Henry and custom-made business applications; any application not listed can be added on request.

Questions buyers ask

Is this the same as CTI?

No. CTI connects telephony to the CRM; Totalix Embedded carries the whole contact center into it.

Which applications can Totalix Embedded run inside?

Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zoho, HubSpot, Halo, Zendesk, Pega, Epic, SAP, Jack Henry and your own custom application. If yours is not listed, ask us: new business applications are added on request.

Can teams outside the contact center use it?

Yes. It is the natural home for branch, clinic, field and back-office teams who serve customers from a CRM.

How is it deployed?

SaaS, Dedicated Hosted or Partner Hosted from 1 December 2026; On-Premise from January 2027.

Where do we buy it?
