AWS Marketplace

What is AWS Marketplace?

AWS is a web portal where qualified partners market and sell their software to AWS contact center customers. AWS Marketplace is an online software store that helps customers find, buy, and immediately start using the software and services that run on AWS.

AWS Marketplace is operated by Amazon Web Services as a curated catalog of third-party software, data and services. Buyers can subscribe to listed products and, in many cases, have the charges appear on their existing AWS bill. Some organizations also use it to simplify procurement through private offers negotiated directly with a vendor.

For contact centers running on Amazon Connect, the marketplace is one route to find add-on applications such as agent desktops, analytics, workforce tools or AI services. Procurement teams typically still review the same things they would in any purchase: security posture, integration effort, support terms, and how the product is deployed and updated within their AWS environment.
