Third Party Reporting Platforms

What are Third Party Reporting Platforms?

Many customers leverage third party reporting platforms for data manipulation. We provide a schema, set of views, and stored procedures that are readily accessible to management.

Many organizations already use business intelligence and data platforms to report across departments. Rather than relying only on built-in contact center reports, they pull contact center data into these tools so it can be combined with sales, service, finance or operations data and analyzed in one place. A documented schema, database views and stored procedures make that data easier to query reliably.

For buyers, the key questions are how complete and well documented the data is, how often it is refreshed, and whether definitions such as handle time or abandonment match the built-in reports. Teams also consider access control, since contact center data can include customer details. Real-time dashboards are usually still used for day-to-day operations, with external platforms for broader analysis.
