Does Totalix for Cisco replace Cisco Finesse?

No. Totalix for Cisco enhances Cisco Finesse. Finesse stays the agent desktop and your Cisco routing, business rules and integrations stay as they are; Totalix adds digital channels, AI Agent Assist, knowledge and reporting without replacing the Cisco estate.

Which Cisco platforms does it work with?

Cisco Finesse on UCCE, PCCE and WCCE, and Webex Contact Center. Agents keep one consistent desktop as you move between Finesse and Webex Contact Center.

How do we buy it?

Through Upstream Works partners, who deliver it alongside your Cisco estate. Totalix for Cisco is available from 1 December 2026, Dedicated Hosted or Partner Hosted, with On-Premise from January 2027.

Can a bank in Egypt keep customer data on its own servers?

Yes. Upstream Works runs omnichannel, AgentNow video, knowledge and AI on-premise inside Cisco Finesse today, so a bank can keep customer conversations in its own data center, as Central Bank of Egypt rules often require. Totalix for Cisco On-Premise follows in January 2027.

Does it support Arabic?

Yes. Arabic is one of the 37+ languages that ship, with full right-to-left support, theme editing, and real-time translation of Arabic voice as well as text.
