What is Partner Portal?
An online portal for all Upstream Works partners to access on-demand tools, resources and webinars. It gives partners a single place to find shared materials instead of requesting them individually.
A partner portal is a secure website where a company’s resellers, integrators and other partners can find what they need to work with that company. Typical contents include training materials, webinars, sales and marketing resources, technical documentation and tools that partners can use on demand.
For a software vendor, a partner portal helps keep partner-facing information consistent and current, and lets partners serve their own customers without waiting on the vendor’s staff for routine materials. Organizations usually judge a portal by how actively partners use it, how easy it is to find the right material, and whether it reduces routine requests to partner managers. Keeping content organized by role and regularly retiring outdated material helps partners trust that what they find is current.
