You asked, and we created an Upstream Works User Community (UWUC) –just for you.  Participating is a great way to connect with peers and learn about new UWF features and releases before most others do, without even having to leave your desk.

At the next UWUC meeting on Wednesday June 14, 2017 at 2 -3pm EDT you can: 

  • Learn about Toronto Hydro Corporation‘s UWF Contact Centre
  • Hear about new features in UWF Version 3.0 and beyond from our V.P. of Product, Tim Ellis, and
  • Choose topics you would like to talk about in future meetings

There will be time to ask questions of your peers and the presenters.  It will be an hour well spent.
